About Let’s Love Food Again
“There is no sincerer love than the love of food.”
- George Bernard Shaw
My Story
The cities of Austin and San Rafael are where we call home. We are a happily unique blended family. We are blessed with tender and energetic twin girls, Josie and Grace, and my sharp and sporty son, Shaw. My hilarious and intelligent husband Matt and my amazingly caring step-daughters, Jada and Hadley hold down the home fort in California. We love our time spent together being active hiking and enjoying nature and wildlife and playing on the water or competitively encouraging each other playing sports. We stay active in the community volunteering with various charities, educating at schools and organizations, and serving in the children’s and youth ministry at our church.
Nutrition is not just my profession, it is my passion. My family and I love cooking together, creating new recipes and enjoying bubbly conversations around the table together. Family meal time is a priority for us and positive self-talk is a must. We love food and the role it plays in our lives and the beauty it brings to us. We nourish our souls as we serve others through food.
